Solectria Renewables LLC, a Lawrence, Mass.-based PV inverter manufacturer, says it is delivering over 8.5 MW of commercial (PVI 60-100 kW) and smart-grid (SGI 225-500kW) PV inverters for projects across Massachusetts.
The deliveries include 4.1 MW for the Massachusetts Solar Stimulus utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for 12 state-owned water/wastewater facilities, 2.1 MW for the Department of Energy Resources for 11 state-owned buildings, and 2.5 MW for 3 National Grid landfill photovoltaic systems. Solectria was selected through requests for proposals issued in fall 2009.
