McObject, a provider of data management technology, says that Azuray Technologies, a developer of solar power electronics, will include McObject's eXtremeD Fusion embedded database system in its communications gateway, a Linux-based device for solar power optimization.
Azuray's solar DC-to-DC converters can increase modules' energy harvest up to 25%, according to the company. McObject's database is expected to play a key role in the product's yield-enhancing capabilities, as well as in Azuray's safety and user interface features.
