Scheuten Solar, a PV module manufacturer based in Venlo, the Netherlands, says it has extended the warranty on its Multisol Vitro product to include a 30-year linear-power warranty and a 12-year product warranty.
The Multisol Vitro module, a crystalline glass-glass product, was introduced by Scheuten last year. It features f | solarfloat HT glass (made by f | glass, a joint venture of Scheuten and Interpane) with quartz-hard anti-reflection coating, which the company says improves power output and energy yield. In addition, the Multisol Vitro is resistant to acid or salt and has high mechanical strength.
