aleo solar AG is withdrawing from business in the U.S. and has decided to dissolve its subsidiary aleo solar North America Inc. in Denver.
The company said that despite a year-on-year increase in sales, the U.S. operation has failed to meet recent sales targets and was not operating profitably.
In May, aleo solar said it was looking for investors to buy the company.
