The board of directors of Amonix Inc., a manufacturer of concentrating photovoltaics technology, says the company has completed its acquisition of Sunworks Solar LLC, a solar manufacturing plant developer.
Sunworks co-founder Brian Robertson has become CEO of Amonix Inc.; Sunworks co-founder Guy Blanchard has become senior vice president of sales and corporate development; and Matthew Meares, Sunworks managing director, has become director of project finance.
