Germany-based Colexon Energy, an international solar power engineering, contracting and distribution company, has launched its Colexon Flex kits in the U.K. market. The system, which is designed for photovoltaic plants on pitched roofs, uses premium components, such as First Solar panels, SMA inverters and Wurth mounting systems, the company says.
Kits range from 10 kW to 18 kW and can be installed individually or in combinations to form larger units to 50 kW or more. They are intended for schools, warehouses, factories and other buildings with a roof space of more than 1,000 square feet.
In addition, the company is opening a solar warehouse and showroom in Rye, East Sussex, U.K.
