SolarEdge Technologies, a provider of power optimization systems and monitoring products, has released 15 kW, 16 kW and 17 kW three-phase solar inverters and a new extended-voltage power optimizer that can support modules with a voltage up to 125 VDC.
The 15 kW, 16 kW and 17 kW inverters expand SolarEdge's portfolio of three-phase solar inverters for the large residential and commercial markets. The inverters feature 98% maximum efficiency, small size, light weight and easy installation, SolarEdge says.
The new power optimizer, the OP400-EV, extends the range of modules supported by SolarEdge power optimizers to a power rating up to 400 W. Power optimizers monitor the performance of each module, reducing maintenance costs, and are equipped with the SafeDC feature, which automatically shuts down modules' voltage whenever inverter or grid power is shut down, the company notes.
