Unirac Inc. says its new Unirac Roof Mount (RM) ballasted flat-roof system is in production and ready for shipment. The new system replaces the company's RapidRac mounting system.
According to Unirac, each RM ballast bay weighs under 3.5 pounds and is designed to enable installers to move modules around heating, ventilation and air conditioning units and other roof obstacles to improve power density. The RM supports most framed crystalline modules.
