One Block Off the Grid (1BOG), a solar group purchase provider, has introduced its first Long Island solar group purchase campaign. 1BOG selected Mercury Solar Systems as campaign partner to service all of its members' installations, offering a 15% discount from standard rates for an average payback time of less than five years.
In addition, homeowners who join the group are eligible for zero-down, interest-free financing for 18 months, at no additional cost, 1BOG notes. The Long Island 1BOG program is available now to local homeowners throughout the entire Long Island area through Sept. 22.
