Italy-based 2BG SRL has introduced a system incorporating an automatic module-encapsulation process in the automatic assembly line.
According to the company, this addition optimizes the process and improves product quality through the use of a proven film-deposition system that ensures repeatability and accuracy with any product type.
The system is flexible and includes the handling and automatic positioning of any type of protective back layer, including standard Tevlar sheets or structural glass for building-integrated photovoltaics applications.
The product also features high reliability, fine positioning accuracy and low maintenance requirements to increase performance and meet high quality standards, 2BG adds.
