Cambio Energy, based in Tempe, Ariz., has completed a 302 kW solar installation at Tempe Plaza in Tempe using Enphase's micro-inverters.
Four rows of carport parking with 1,211 micro-inverters now provide solar power to the retail and office strip-mall tenants. According to Enphase, key factors in the decision to use micro-inverters rather than a central inverter included safety, ease of installation and maximum energy harvest capacity.
