3S Swiss Solar Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of 3S Industries AG, has delivered its first solar module production line in India and says it expects robust sales activity in the country.
3S provided a semi-automatic production line to Emmvee Photovoltaics in Gangangar, Bangalore. The new 25 MW line was tailored to the specific requirements of Indian customers, the company notes. It comprises an automatic string soldering station from Somont, a laminating line from 3S Swiss Solar Systems and a module tester from Pasan.
