3TIER, a provider of energy risk analysis, has hired Jerry Schwartz as vice president of global sales. He is a former Microsoft international sales executive with over 15 years of senior leadership experience directing global sales and marketing strategy in diverse software, Internet services and enterprise solution markets.
Schwartz has also held senior executive positions at Fox Communications, as well as at software companies iCopyright.com, Design Intelligence and Midisoft.
