SCHOTT has named Dr. Eric Urruti director of research and development for the North American region, where he will lead the company's Duryea, Pa.-based North American research and development group.
Urruti brings to SCHOTT several years of experience working in high-level positions with both Red Sky Systems and Corning Inc., with a background in nano-materials, coatings and polymers. He holds numerous patents and has authored several technical articles.
