Advent Solar Inc., a manufacturer of solar cells and modules, has hired Dick Trueblood as its chief financial officer, responsible for the financial management of the company, taxation and global business structuring in support of international growth.
Before joining Advent Solar, Trueblood served as a partner at Tatum LLC, conducting international due diligence for potential acquisitions. He was also previously the chief financial officer of Troon Golf LLC.
Also, Bernard Wilimitis has been promoted to vice president of manufacturing and operations at Advent. In this position, he oversees all manufacturing and operations, which includes setting the company's operating, process engineering and manufacturing strategies, managing factory forecasts, and leading new factory development initiatives.
