aleo solar AG, a manufacturer of PV modules, has announced it is in discussions with potential investors with a goal of finding a new owner by the third quarter of this year.

‘We are holding meetings with several interested parties,’ says York zu Putlitz, CEO/CFO of aleo solar, who adds that potential investors have already visited the company's production facility in Prenzlau, Germany.
aelo solar has been producing modules at the factory for over 10 years. Bosch has said it would continue to finance the company through March 2014.
