Boulder, Colo.-based Also Energy Inc., a renewable energy monitoring and portfolio management company, has acquired Portland, Ore.-based DECK Monitoring LLC, a direct-to-customer PV monitoring firm. The terms of the agreement have not been released.
According to Also Energy, DECK Monitoring will continue to do business as an independent subsidiary.
