Wilton, Conn.-based Alteris Renewables has acquired ISI Solar, a New City, N.Y.-based designer and installer of solar electric systems.
The acquisition of ISI Solar is Alteris' second acquisition over the past year, the company notes. Last summer, Alteris acquired Renewable Power Systems, headquartered in Albany, N.Y.Â
