Amtech Systems Inc., a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, semiconductors and silicon wafers, says its solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems Inc., has received approximately $5 million in solar orders for its diffusion processing systems from two new customers – one in Asia and the other in Europe.
The Asian order is for multiple systems, and the European order is for a solar research and development institute.
