Arizona-based Amtech Systems Inc., a supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells and related products, has received approximately $10 million in new solar orders from manufacturers in Korea and Taiwan.
Amtech says the orders include diffusion and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition equipment. The orders are expected to ship within the next six months.
