Canadian Solar Inc. has announced it is supplying solar modules for a 2.3 MW project in Louisburg, N.C.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Argand Energy Solutions and Horne Brothers Construction Inc. began construction of the ground-mounted, utility-scale solar power system on June 3, with system grid connection targeted for August. Approximately 7,700 of Canadian Solar's CS6X-300P PV modules will be installed at the solar farm. Fifth Third Bank provided construction financing for the project.
