ArgusON, an SPX Brand, has installed its Solar Power Management (SPM) solution on a 1 MW solar PV site in Knoxville, Tenn. This site is the largest solar PV installation in the Tennessee Valley Authority's seven-state service region, according to the company.
The ArgusON SPM solution combines automated solar power monitoring, remote alarm troubleshooting and site-management services. ArgusON's National Operations Center will provide active monitoring and management for the site to help ensure energy production performance guarantees are achieved, the company says.
The solar PV system was designed and built by Efficient Energy of Tennessee and is owned by Natural Energy Group.
