Array Technologies has completed installation of its DuraTrack HZ single-axis tracking systems for a 7.4 MW solar park in Connecticut. Located on 90 acres of leased land in north-central Connecticut, Somers Solar Center is expected to begin commercial operation by the end of the year.
Prime Solutions Inc. provided engineering, procurement and construction services for the project. The power generated by the Somers Solar Center will go to Connecticut Light & Power Co. under a power purchase agreement.
