Ascent Solar Technologies Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with France-based DisaSolar, a newly established subsidiary company of Megamark/DisaTech Group.
Under the agreement, DisaSolar will begin distribution of Ascent Solar's thin-film modules for off-grid applications integrating flexible solar panels into passenger-train roofs and commercial signage structures. Recently, the two companies demonstrated PV module integration into train rooftops in partnership with French regional rail company SNCF.Â
