Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. has completed a 137.25 kW fixed-tilt array and has received a notice of commercial operation from the Ontario Power Authority (OPA).
The notice marks the final step in the construction and connection of the solar plant.
The array consists of 450 multicrystalline modules, each with an output of 305 W. The power will be sold to the OPA at a rate of CAN $0.71.3/kWh for 20 years.
