Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has expanded its clean technology investment banking team with the addition of Jon Krahulik as managing director and global head of clean technology investment banking, and Riaz Ladhabhoy as director of clean technology investment banking.
Krahulik and Ladhabhoy will join the firm's Palo Alto, Calif., office in July and June, respectively. They will be responsible for growing the firm's coverage of companies across the cleantech sector globally.
Krahulik joins BAML from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he served for four years, most recently leading cleantech investment banking. Earlier in his career, Krahulik spent seven years in the global technology group at Lehman Brothers, most recently as a senior vice president.
Ladhabhoy also previously worked at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he spent more than five years in the technology investment banking group, most recently as a director. Previously, he spent four years as an associate at Cooley Godward LLP.
