BlueChip Energy (BCE), a provider of solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, government and utility applications, has hired Thomas Gregory as vice president of finance.
In this role, he will oversee financing for BCE's commercial and utility-scale projects, as well as financing for the company's expansion, from financial institutions, private investors and strategic partners.
Gregory has more than 10 years' experience as a mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets project manager, business development advisor and investor relations consultant. As senior analyst at Emerging Energy Research from 2008 to 2009, he prepared solar power cost and installment forecasts, as well as primary research and strategic analysis of the global solar power market, to clients such as Recurrent Energy, Bechtel and GE Energy Financial Service.
