Caleffi has released its 255-256 series of solar pump stations, which are used on the primary circuit of solar water heating systems to transfer heat from the collector to the storage tank.
The pump inside the unit is activated by a signal from the differential temperature controller, which controls the temperature of stored hot water. The unit contains the components and safety devices for optimal system control. These components are available with a dual-line flow and return connection or with a single-line return connection only. The pump station is pre-assembled and leak-tested for trouble-free installations, the company says.
