Camstar Systems Inc., a manufacturing and software solutions provider, has acquired Technology Resources Group, an Asia-based systems integrator in the semiconductor, solar and electronics manufacturing industries. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in China and Malaysia, the company provides manufacturing execution equipment automation, manufacturing applications development and program management for enterprise solution deployments.
Camstar expects that the acquisition will allow the company to expand its systems integrator and reseller partner networks in China and throughout Asia.
