China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions Inc. (CSOL), a manufacturer and distributor of solar water heaters, renewable energy solutions and space-heating devices in the People's Republic of China, has appointed Veronica Jing Chen its chief financial officer.
Chen has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and general management. Prior to joining CSOL, she worked as chief financial officer of China Valve Technology and Origin Agritech. Previously, she served as senior director of finance at iKang Healthcare, director of finance at eLong and finance manager of the north China region for Eli Lilly Asia Inc.
