China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions Inc. (Deli Solar (USA) Inc.), a manufacturer and distributor of solar water heaters, is acquiring Shenzhen PengSangPu Solar Industrial Products Corp.
Shenzhen PengSangPu was formed in 1993 in Shenzhen, China. It specializes in manufacturing and selling flat-plate solar water heaters, and installing and engineering central solar hot water systems for business users.
