China Sunergy Co. Ltd. has signed a series of sales contracts with NUE PTY Ltd. (NU Energy), a photovoltaic firm based in Victoria, Australia.
China Sunergy expects to ship up to a total of 10 MW of monocrystalline solar modules, which are manufactured under a subcontracted original equipment manufacturer arrangement, to NU Energy.
Partial shipments began in June, and the full delivery under these contracts is scheduled to be completed by early 2010, with ongoing contracts anticipated.
