China Sunergy Co. Ltd., a solar cell and module manufacturer based in Nanjing, China, has entered into a framework agreement with Ecoware SPA, a subsidiary of Kerslef Group, an Italy-based project developer.
According to the terms of the agreement, China Sunergy will supply 120 MW of PV modules, which are branded as CEEG by China Sunergy, to Ecoware from the fourth quarter of this year to the third quarter of 2011.
