China Sunergy Co. Ltd., a specialized solar cell manufacturer, has entered into an agreement with Solarwatt AG, a manufacturer of solar modules in Germany, to provide 22 MW of solar cells over the course of 2009.
According to the contract, China Sunergy will supply Solarwatt AG with high-efficiency monocrystalline solar cells at fixed prices, starting in January and continuing at a consistent level throughout the year.
