Chint Power Systems (CPS) has developed a new line of solar inverters targeted for commercial applications ranging from 20 kW to more than 500 kW.
Models available include a 20 kW inverter featuring three-phase string technology, as well as a 100 kW model that has 96.5% CEC efficiency, according to the company. It features an integrated transformer and installer-friendly design features, CPS adds.
The company has partnered with Envect Inc. in order to market and sell the inverters to the North American solar market. Ed Heacox, formerly of Advanced Energy, will lead business development through Envect.
