Texas-based solar design and installation firm Circular Energy says it has secured $2.7 million in Series A funding from Dallas-based Cypress Capital and other private investors. The funds were structured as part equity and part royalty debt.
Circular Energy says the new funds will be used to drive geographical expansion, capital investment in workflow automation and further development of the company's CURB subsidiary, which develops power consumption analysis software.
