Clear Skies Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clear Skies Solar Inc. (CSS), has signed a letter of intent to acquire Assured Power & Communications Corp. (Assurecom), a California-based solar technology company led by technical engineers Dennis Wingo and Kenneth Kledzik. Wingo and Kledzik will both join CSS' executive leadership team.

CSS designs, engineers, manufacturers and installs advanced renewable energy systems, such as its TetraPort solar carport system, X-Trax solar monitoring system and Solar Power Supply (SPS) vehicle data monitoring device.
