Clear Skies Solar Inc. (CSS), a provider of turnkey solar electricity installations and renewable energy solutions, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Payom Solar AG, a supplier of in-roof and on-roof solar energy systems.
The purpose of the MOU is to explore the possibilities of a strategic cooperation under which Clear Skies Solar and Payom intend to use the sourcing capabilities of both companies for its PV products, as well as uniting the technical knowledge of CSS and Payom for the construction and design of PV products.
