China-based Clenergy, a provider of solar mounting systems, says it has won a bid for a 30 MW PV project in Alar, China.
According to the company, China's Xinjiang region, where the project will be located, is home to rich solar resources. Although its vast deserts are suitable for large-scale PV power plants, the project site's complex climatic conditions (high wind and snow) can create challenging conditions for installations. Clenergy will provide a custom-created ground-mounted product for the installation.
