St. Louis-based Confluence Solar, a manufacturer of single-crystal silicon for the solar photovoltaic industry, will invest $200 million in a manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facility in Clinton, Tenn., near Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Confluence Solar will develop its facility on a 25-acre site in the Clinton I-75 Industrial Park. Official job numbers from the project are not yet available, but early estimates range from 200 to 400 employees.
