Open Energy Corp., a Solana Beach, Calif.-headquartered manufacturer of solar energy products, has appointed Dalton Sprinkle to its board of directors as chairman of the corporate governance committee.
Sprinkle is currently the president, chief executive officer and a director of Integrated Dental Solutions Inc., an international dental services company headquartered in San Diego. Prior to joining Integrated Dental Solutions, he worked for Los Angeles-based Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where he counseled public and private companies on business and legal issues.
