Daulton Capital Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire Energy Solutions People Inc. (ESP). ESP was formed in September 2007 to address the solar power and wind power needs of residential, small commercial and light industrial users.
The agreement provides that Daulton will acquire approximately 90% of the outstanding shares of ESP in exchange for 7,234,034 shares of Daulton's common stock. When the acquisition has been completed, Energy Solutions will take steps to establish a global distribution network of independent distributors and sales reps.
