The Defense Energy Support Center has issued a solicitation for renewable energy certificates (RECs) for ultimate transfer to various federal civilian customers.
Contracts are anticipated to be one-time deliveries starting Sept. 30. Total contract quantity is 324,901,778 kWh.Â
