Taiwan-based DelSolar Co. Ltd. says its solar modules have been certified to the 1,000 V UL standard.
The company's 60-cell and 72-cell modules, including the D6C_B3A-WS, D6S_B3A-WSf, D6C_B4A-WS and D6S_B4A-WSf module series, have all been qualified under this test. The 1,000 V UL certification demonstrates that DelSolar's modules can withstand higher voltages and connect in longer string series than modules connected under the conventional 600 V standard, the company explains.
