Direct Grid Technologies LLC and One Network Energies SAS have formed a strategic alliance for the sale, financing and installation of turnkey photovoltaic systems in France for utility, commercial and residential markets. The 2010 revenue from this agreement is expected to exceed $12.7 million.
Under the agreement, One Network Energies will purchase the 460 W Direct Grid SMART Series micro-inverter. This solution will be complemented by One Network's dual-axis utility-grade tracking system and security monitoring products. According to the companies, this combination offers utility customers a compelling alternative to central inverter solar system designs.
Through One Network Energies' existing solar partnerships in France, residential and commercial customers can also access turnkey solutions offered using the Direct Grid micro-inverter.
