Dow Corning, a provider of silicones and silicon-based technology, has signed a long-term supply agreement with Air Products.
The agreement calls for the supply of electronic-grade silane, a material used for manufacturing photovoltaic cells and other products. It is expected to provide Air Products with access to the silane volume it needs to meet the present and future needs of its global customers, as well as the future growth of the electronics and solar sector.
