Draker Laboratories has released its newest PV monitoring system, the Sentalis 800, which provides performance monitoring of commercial, industrial and institutional solar systems up to 250 kW with a single production meter.
The Sentalis 800 was designed to provide the accuracy, reliability and longevity required for commercial power systems, even in harsh remote environments, the company says. Sentalis 800 systems are based on a CR800 measurement and control system by Campbell Scientific.
According to Draker, the Sentalis 800 dramatically lowers the cost of installation and maintenance of renewable energy monitoring systems. All packages are delivered pre-configured, with the instrumentation, mounting, wiring and communications hardware included.
The Sentalis 800 has an integral memory that can store weeks of data to bridge any interruption in communication with the Draker Data Center. Additionally, the Sentalis 800 will continue to collect data during temporary power outages.
