Duke Energy Renewables has acquired a 20 MW solar project in Roanoke Rapids, N.C., from Geenex and ET Solar Energy Corp.
Duke Energy Renewables will own and operate the Halifax Solar project, which was built on the site of a decommissioned airport. The system has about 100,000 ET Solar and Chint solar modules and employs 866 Advanced Energy 3TL string inverters.
