Following several months of discussion and negotiation, Dyesol has signed an agreement with a major Germany-based industrial company to develop new materials to enhance the semiconductor performance of dye solar cells.
"The keys to performance enhancement of a dye solar cell are the efficacy of the semiconductor, the effective bonding of the dye and the diffusion rate of the electrolyte couple," explains Dr. Gavin Tulloch, president of Dyesol International."
