Power management company Eaton has launched a suite of services tailored for every stage of a solar power plant's lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and support.
Eaton says the services will be provided through its Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team. According to the company, its field engineers will provide comprehensive inspection and benchmarking of solar power components, as well as system inspection, maintenance and testing.
The service portfolio also includes the inspection, certification and supply of monitoring systems, the company notes. In addition, Eaton says it is offering retro-commissioning, a service that can modernize aging sites and implement system monitoring.
‘Our new solar services can simplify nearly every phase of plant ownership to make sustainable energy generation a reality,’ says Bill Miller, global marketing director for Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division. ‘Regardless of size or application, our expert team can design and maintain solar power systems from panel to grid to help maximize performance and return on investment.’
